What makes Glasrein PRO different from regular cleaning?
Glasrein PRO works with a digital system: every room has a QR code, behind it are checklists, cleaning reports and quality notes. The standard is personally built by management — not by rotating teams.
How does the room QR code work?
Each room receives a discreet QR code. After scanning, the digital room profile opens: tasks, surface notes, cleaning agents and the ability to create quality reports. The QR contains no client data.
What is Confidential Mode?
For law firms, practices and schools: no photos without approval, restricted notes, no visible QR for visitors. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliance is stored in the client profile.
Who cleans my property?
In the initial phase, management personally carries out the cleaning. Only after the standard is stabilised and internal training is completed is the property handed over to a PRO Specialist (certified professional).
How can I report an issue?
Through the Glasrein PRO portal or directly via QR scan in the affected room. Your quality note is structured, assigned to the correct room and tracked without gaps.
